Habita is an estate agency for the twenty first century, offering something to the communities and businesses in the areas we cover. Our vision is to maintain relationships and commit to putting something back into the local community within our fees. But, how is this possible?.

Firstly we do not rent or own any commercial property on the high street within the areas we cover, instead we would like to give them back to the artisans and shop keepers for all to enjoy, this allows our fees to be significant lower than the market standard.

We employ local people young and old to show you our properties, these are known as a ‘Brood’. A Brood is defined as a collection of hen’s, we define it as a team of property professionals that are on the ground to serve your community.
